It is great seeing gas come down. When it got to nearly $5 a gallon President Biden told us we can blame it on Putin for the war he started in Ukraine. With the war still going on and gas down to $3, now who’s fault is this? I’m sure it’s something he did to straighten this out like everything else he is fixing.

Conservatives think liberals want to defund the police. They don’t. They want the police to weed out the racist cops who who treat people of color differently then the general population. Using purse strings to make this happen is a common practice and in this case justified. Good cops need to stop protecting bad cops. Conservatives need to understand that justice starts with fair treatment.

Teacher shortage in PCS? Reassign back to the classroom the administrators, directors, coordinators, specialists who are former teachers and currently working at the central office, Kathy Taft Center and Moye Boulevard Annex. Also reassign the instructional coaches every school. All these experts in the teaching profession need to go back to full time in the classroom for the direct benefit of children. Eliminate the bloated instruction bureaucracy. School board, check into it.

A BYH to the BYHer complaining that tickets at PGV are higher than RDU. Let me suggest a reason: The law of supply and demand. More flights and steady demand at RDU lead to lower prices than fewer flights and high demand at PGV. “Whatever the traffic will bear.”
